Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

    You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this period.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
    • Packaging, such as shoeboxes or dust bags, should be intact and included in the return.
    • Items that show clear signs of wear or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  3. Exceptions

    • Personalized items or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
    • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and socks are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Registering a Return
    Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order via [email address or contact page]. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Sending Back Your Return

    • You will receive a return label and instructions on how to send the package back to us.
    • Please ensure that the return shipment is well-packed to avoid damage during transport.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

    The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase. No processing fees will be charged for refunds.
